We warrant our services for the time of the event. If you have any feedback or complaints about the service standard of our contractors please email: email@example.com and we will address the issue immediately.
If you are unlucky enough to experience a problem or fault that you think may be a warranty claim please email: firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back any items, so we can assess the issue and work out the best way to get you shredding again!
Please provide us with as much information as possible first up - that will help reduce a lot of back and forth between yourself, us and the supplier.
NOTE: Warranties cover manufacturing defects only, so things like crash damage and incorrect installation will not be able to be claimed and covered.
Photos and videos are a massive help for both us and the supplier in determining a warranty claim. Please take good, clear photos. If in doubt, more photos and videos are better than less. Feel free to send us links to dropbox/drive/google photos
Maxxis - tyre, tread, barcode sticker (you can find this on the inside of the tyre, it will have a 4 and 7 digital number on it), pink 9 digit number (inside of tyre), video of wobble (if applicable)
Shoes - sole and size tags for both shoes
Clothing/Protective Gear - size label
Gloves - palm, size tags
Helmet - lot number, manufacturing date
